Plan for the Future, Secure Your Community’s Financial Health
Is your community association prepared for the future? Unexpected repairs and replacements can put a strain on your finances and lead to special assessments.
A capital reserve study and preventive maintenance from dCEI provides a comprehensive plan to ensure your community’s long-term financial stability.
New Jersey Community Associations Notice
The N.J. Structural Integrity Bill S2760/A4384 requires communities to have a Capital Reserve Study prepared by a Reserve Specialist or licensed engineer. The Community Associations Institute recommends updating the Capital Reserve Study every 3 years. Our reserve studies are prepared by a Reserve Specialist as designated by the Community Association Institute (CAI) in compliance with New Jersey Bill S2760/A4384 (the Structural Integrity Law).
